Refund and Returns Policy

At Iconic H.R Consultant PVT. LTD., we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients and candidates. However, due to the nature of our business, which involves recruitment and staffing services, our Refund and Return Policy applies only under specific conditions. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Recruitment Service Fees

Our recruitment and manpower placement services are non-refundable once a candidate has been successfully placed with an employer. We do not offer refunds or returns on service fees paid for recruitment or manpower placement services.

2. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel our services before a placement has been made, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fees paid. However, this refund will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Request for Cancellation: The cancellation request must be submitted in writing before the candidate has been placed in a position.

  • Partial Refund: The amount refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

3. Candidate Placement Issues

In case of dissatisfaction with a candidate’s performance after placement, we offer replacement services:

  • If the candidate does not meet the required qualifications or fails to perform as expected within the agreed timeframe, we will provide a suitable replacement at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • The replacement will only be provided if the issue is communicated to us within 15 days of the candidate’s placement.

Note: Replacements are offered only when the problem is related to the candidate’s performance and not due to external factors like employer-related issues or job role changes.

4. Refund Eligibility for Services

Refunds for other services provided by Iconic H.R Consultant PVT. LTD., such as resume services or recruitment consulting, are only considered if:

  • A technical error occurred during the service delivery (e.g., incorrect information was provided).

  • You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the service.

  • We cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.

In these cases, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the situation.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Service fees paid for recruitment placements that have been successfully completed.

  • Any administrative fees or charges that are non-refundable as specified in your contract or service agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, service cancellation, or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Provide detailed information regarding the issue, including the candidate’s information (if applicable), and the reason for your request.

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days to confirm the outcome.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised date will be indicated at the top of the policy. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.
